You will also get a comprehensive onsite energy efficiency and renewables audit to help you to identify ways to save energy in your day-to-day business operations – saving you money and helping to reduce your carbon footprint.
Following your energy audit, you could access a SMEES grant to support your business’ carbon saving opportunity. Example projects could include the installation of LED lighting, the upgrading to heat pumps or investments in renewable energy sources.
Eligible SMEs could claim back 45% of the upfront capital costs.

If you are an SME with premises based within Tees Valley in need of independent energy advice please apply now. We must confirm your eligibility before providing fully-funded support and will send out a Registration Form via DocuSign following the completion of this form. All elements of the SME Energy Efficiency Scheme (SMEES) project are delivered by Narec Distributed Energy.
