HR Alchemy specialises in supporting SME clients with all aspects of HR, from recruitment to redundancy, policy and procedure development. In particular we support businesses with their employee development and management of performance, absence management and occupational health, employee relations, reward and recognition and most recently, extensive COVID-19 support.
All our work is bespoke to our clients requirements and includes the provision of your own employee handbook and contracts, with updates in line with employment law requirements, and a regular HR audit and review.
HR Alchemy will come to the client’s workplace and perform disciplinary and grievance handling, redundancy consultations and provide advice on any issues as well as offering workplace HR training. They provide a speedy response to HR queries on the telephone and also offer access to an online portal called HR Lab where clients can self-serve and read through documents and updates which are all bespoke to their business.
HR Alchemy started in 2016 following the closure of SSI where the Managing Director was HR Director and has worked in HR for 24 years with a wealth of expertise and experience to offer any business. Since then, the business has grown and now supports in excess of 100 SME clients in the Teesside and North Yorkshire region. HR Alchemy has a team of 4 and has premises in central Middlesbrough.
